इमारतींना धोका निर्माण होण्याची चिन्हे व इमारती कोसळण्याच्या घटना यांची माहिती महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्रविकास प्राधिकरण (MHADA) मंडळाच्या निदर्शनास आणून देण्यासाठी व आवश्यक कार्यवाही करण्यासाठी, मंडळाने मुंबई येथील इमारत क्र. ८९-९५, रजनीमहल, तारदेव येथे २४ तास कार्यरत राहील असे नियंत्रण कक्ष सुरू केला आहे. आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत संपर्क साधण्यासाठी खालील दूरध्वनी क्रमांक उपलब्ध आहेत.

या नियंत्रण कक्षामध्ये सहाय्यक अभियंता व कनिष्ठ अभियंता या दर्जाचे अधिकारी २४ तास हजर असतात. संदेश मिळाल्यानंतर ते तात्काळ घटनास्थळी जातात, इमारतीची पाहणी करतात व आवश्यक ती पुढील कार्यवाही करतात. तसेच, महापालिकेच्या नियंत्रण कक्षातून प्राप्त झालेली माहिती संबंधित विभागीय अधिकाऱ्यांपर्यंत त्वरित पोहोचवली जाते व पुढील आवश्यक कार्यवाही केली जाते.

To bring to the notice of the MHADA Board the signs of danger to buildings and building collapses, and for necessary action, the Board has opened a 24-hour control room at Building No. 89-95 Rajnimahal, Tardeo, Mumbai. Following are the contact numbers to contact in any emergency.

Officers of the rank of Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer are present in this control room 24 hours a day. As soon as a message is received, they visit the site, inspect the building and take necessary follow-up action. Also, information received from the Municipal Corporation's control room is promptly conveyed to the concerned departmental officers of the Board for further necessary action
